BBA (Entrepreneurial Management)

This Entrepreneurial BBA is designed for those who want to be the best prepared in their own profession as entrepreneurs in their own right or as corporate intrapreneurs. The BBA course aims to develop in participants the ability to review, extend and apply the knowledge and techniques learnt from a range of sources to real entrepreneurial organisational situations. Above that, however, is to build capacity for self-directed and lifelong learning so as to instill confidence to pursue a higher level of studies in the future.

ERC Institute (ERCI) and Entrepreneurship Institute Australia (EIA) combine sound business fundamentals with action-oriented learning to increase the speed and practicality of learning through entrepreneurial management assignments. Specifically aimed at fresh polytechnic graduates as well as working adults with limited work experience, the programme combines the convenience of directed reading, intensive workshops, and the interaction of participants and faculty.

For admission into Year 1, applicants normally have:
2 passes in GCE ‘A’ level with a pass in GP at ‘AO’ level or at least a C6 for English as first language at ‘O’ level (or equivalent);
5 passes in GCE ‘O’ level including at least a C6 for English as first language (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of working experience

For admission into Year 1 with credit transfer (up to a maximum of 9 module exemptions in year 1 and/ or year 2), applicants normally have:
Diploma in Business Administration or any other business discipline from any of the local polytechnics (or equivalent)

Adequate proficiency in English, for example IELTS 6.0, TOEFL 550 or English was the language of instruction during highest qualification. If students do not meet the mentioned English requirements, they are required to take English language course from ERC Institute and pass the EIA qualifying test.
